My name is Annette Drury, and I own Bold Beauty Wax & Skincare. My passion for skincare began at a young age, inspired by my family’s beauty rituals that turned simple routines into empowering experiences.
This early love led me to pursue esthiology, earning my certification in 2005. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in spas, medical offices, and nearly a decade with a waxing company, where I sharpened my skills and developed a deep understanding of the industry.
I’ve also received advanced training in dermaplaning, lash lifts, and brow laminations. My commitment to ongoing education allows me to provide expert care tailored to each client.
Beyond the treatment room, I value fitness, time with my husband, adult children, and friends, and creative outlets like singing. I also enjoy connecting with beauty professionals online to share knowledge and promote confidence through self-care.
One of my most rewarding experiences was helping a client with acne and low self-esteem transform her skin and confidence. Stories like hers remind me why I do this work—because skincare has the power to uplift and empower.
